Got back from Bandar Sports School yesterday evening, after 6days and 5 nights of hockey training, hot sun, repetitive food(rice, chicken, fish, vege), great company, lotsa smiles and laughter, sweat and many aches, songs and quotable quotes, picture taking, running running running, match playing, pitch using, bunk and toilet+shower facilities sharing, shit smelling, wash up queueing, cats, scary steps, nice ice cream, beautiful sunsets, endless encouragement, wonderful bonding, immense homesickness, cold aircon, badly needed afternoon naps, blackening, seranading from fang and a whole lot more. I must say it's an experience i will never fail to remember and will keep in my heart always. AC HOCKS YOU GUYS ROCK MY SOCKS ((((: Thanks for the wonderful time both on and off the pitch/track. We're so gonna show those other teams just how hot AC Hockey is (:
I guess it was really nice getting to know the team better, especially since in some ways i'm still a jnr in the team. I feel a lot closer to everyone now; it's REALLY been fun finding out random details about random people at random times. The team's a lot stronger now and the determination, never-say-die attitude and love for the game that's plastered on everyone's faces is really heartening. I'm so in love with AC Hockey! And a whole bunch of other stuff *winkkkss.
Went out today. Guess it was what both of us needed. A little time away from everything that's been happening, both in his world and mine. It still surprises me, pleasantly of course, how even living out such diverse experiences in such different places, the experiences aren't that diverse at all. The striking similitude is crazy amazing. It's nice to know that someone so close to your heart really understands every emotion you feel down to the t cos he's going through it too. And somehow, that makes everything okay. So thank you for giving me so much to smile about; thanks for the day. iloveyou (:
After that went shopping with Michy. We FINALLY bought bikinis for our resort trip tomorrow. Pretty pretty! Getting quite excited now... nice to just have some nice quality time with my family. Loves loves loves. Bought a couple tops too. Retail therapy i suppose. I love spending time with Mich, man i don't want time to pass so quickly sometimes, y'know? It's like, life just seems absolutely fine and you just want it to remain that way, just to hold onto a moment or two for a little longer because, yes, time does fly. Simply because the next time you look back it could be 20years down the road and yo're wondering hey, where did all that time go? It's so scary how in a mere 2 years i'll be preparing for university already. UNIVERSITY. 18! Legal clubbing! But seriously, i still feel so young, so little. It's crazy.
